1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of accounting support, digital resources, and physical items provided by NeoSteuerProfi at neosteuer.com.

2. Services

NeoSteuerProfi offers bookkeeping guidance, tax compliance assistance, and reporting preparation tailored for startup entities. Services include schedule management, data compilation, and advisory meetings.

3. Infoproducts

Digital resources such as e-books, templates, and online workshops designed to streamline compliance and budgeting for emerging ventures.

4. Goods

Physical materials including printed manuals, forms, and stationery supplied to support operational record-keeping.

5. Refund Details

5.1 Services

If a service is canceled at least 10 days before its scheduled date, a full refund of the payment will be issued within 14 days of confirmation. Services may be rescheduled once without extra charge if notice is provided at least 5 days prior. For cancellations less than 5 days in advance, no refund is available due to preparatory work.

5.2 Infoproducts

All sales of digital guides are final. However, if a defect is reported within 7 days of purchase, a full refund will be processed within 10 days. To request, use the contact form.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 15 days of delivery in original condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item within 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Custom consulting and tax strategy planning require significant preparation and resource allocation and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

7. Transfer Options

Purchased services may be transferred to another date or entity upon written request at least 7 days before the original schedule. Transfers of digital resources or goods are not permitted.
